Ah! Summer vacation life is very interesting, can play, also can learn knowledge, this summer vacation I really big harvest!
Grandma picked up a piece of dough and gave me a demonstration while wrapping it. Soon, a beautiful dumpling appeared. WOW! This dumpling looks like a curved moon! Now its my turn to make dumplings. I quickly made a dumpling, but its very ugly. Its really easy to see and difficult to make! So my grandmother patiently taught me. While watching my grandmothers bag, I learned step by step. First, I picked up a piece of dough and put it in the palm of my hand. Then, I picked up a little meat with chopsticks and put it in the center of the dough. Finally, I dipped a little water with my fingers and painted it on the edge of the dough, and then closed both ends of the dough, so that a dumpling would be wrapped. This dumpling looks much better than the one before, but its still not as good as the one made by my grandmother. So I made a few more dumplings, but its still not beautiful enough. I practiced for a while more, and the more I made, the more skillful I became. Finally, I made a beautiful big dumpling. The shape of this dumpling is as good as Grandmas.
Through learning about making dumplings, I learned that if you work hard, you can succeed in anything.
Summer view of the countryside is very beautiful. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning, breathing the fresh air,listening to the birds singing, enjoying the green trees, red flowers the river. I like fishing with my friends.
